Conduct any trade, business or like activity, raise/receive any money / donation without in any way tarnishing the name and goodwill of the college.
Teachers shall actively associate, involve themselves in all the College activities and programs irrespective of the Departmentthey belong tothey should motivatethe students to actively participate in the various programmes and activities of the college.
Teachersshall not confine their activities to the classroom teaching but involve themselves in all the efforts of the college in giving extra inputs to the students so as to make the students not only academically brilliant, but a confident, competent and fully developed personality.
They should not indulge in any anti-institutional activity and should not promote, abet, assist or motivate any groupism or unhealthy activity.
They should report to the college authorities if there is any criminal complaint, action/proceeding lodged against him/her in any police Station, Court or Forum.
They should not collect any money under any pretext from any one including students, except when he/she is specifically authorized by the college authorities in writing, for any particular fund raising program.
The Teacher shall abide by the code of conduct and leave rules and the terms and conditions of service.
The College may at any time, terminate the services of a teacher if he/she is found guilty of any of the acts like Professional incompetence, violation of the code of conduct, willful negligence of duty, failure to discharge any of the duties assigned to him/her, insubordination, any form of political/anti-institutional activity and/or breach of code of conduct, and/or does not abide by the leave rules.
Every Teacher shall discharge his/her duties efficiently and diligently to match with the academic standards and performance norms lay down by the College Management and NAAC from time to time.
Every Teacher shall update himself/herself knowledge and skills to equip him/her professionally for the proper discharge of duties assigned to him/her.
Every Teacher shall conduct himself/herself with absolute dignity and decorum in his/her dealing with the superiors, colleagues and students every time.
No teacher shall absent himself/herself from duties at any time without prior permission.
No teacher shall associate with any political party or take part in any other organizational activity, which is not in line with the duties and ethics of the teaching profession.
No teacher shall attempt to bring any political or outside pressure on his/her superior authorities in respect of service matters.
No teacher shall act in any manner that violates the norms of decency or morality in his/her conduct or behavior inside and outside the College Campus.
No teacher shall incite, provoke or instigate any students or any other member of the staff into any form of action against the College Management, or that seeks to disrupt the academic activities of the College.
No teacher shall by act or deeds degrade, harass or insult any other person for any reason whatsoever or act in a manner unbecoming of the teaching profession.
Every teacher in the service of the College shall at all times strive for academic excellence in the discharge of his/her duties and conduct himself/herself in the manner of a perfect role model for others to emulate.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of discipline and dignified manner of behaviorinside as well as outside the College campus. They shall abide by the rules and regulations of the College and should act in a way that highlights the discipline and esteem of theCollege.
All the students are expected to be present in the class well -within time. Late coming will also result in lossofattendance for the corresponding hour.
Students shall rise from their seats when the teacher enters the class roomand remain standing till the teacher takes her/his seat or they are allowed by the teacher to sit. Silence shall be observed during classhours.
Teachers shall be greeted appropriately with "Good Morning Sir/Madam" or "Good Afternoon Sir/Madam" and a “Thank you Sir/Madam" when the teacher leaves the classroom.
No student shall enter or leave the class roomwhen the session is on without the permission of the teacherconcerned.
Students having lab sessions in the FN or AN,have toreport tothe lab in time.
In the eventsof Student seminars/project presentations etc.,itis compulsorythat allthe studentsof the concerned class be present for the entire session.
Students can leave the campus during class hours only after getting permission from loco parent and the Principal.
All leave applications shall be submitted in time, for sanction by loco parent and the Principal.
Students shall come to the college in approved uniforms.
All the students are expected to attend all college functions in college uniform unless otherwise specified.
All the students shall wear their identity cards, well displayed.
All kinds of tattooing, body piercing, hair styling etc. that goes against the existing social norms and which could go against the spirit of APRDC academic values will be referred to thediscipline committee.
As perGovt. order, students shall not bring powered vehicles inside thecampus.
Students are expected to maintain silence in the academic buildings to maintain the decorum and, any deviantbehaviorsuchashooting, whistling,loiteringetcwillbetreatedasaninstanceofindiscipline.
For independent study, students are expected to use the class rooms, library or the demarcated areas of the academic building and shall not resort to sitting in staircases or circulation areas where they could interfere with the free movement of others.
Students are encouraged to make use of the library, common computing facilities and to involvein professional body activities or any program authorized by the college beyond class hours.
Accessing Social Networking Sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc. is prohibited within the college campus during class hourshowever access to these sites are permitted in hostel building during time slots specified
Keepthe campus neat and clean. Do not put any waste anywhereinthe campus except in the waste baskets kept.
Consumption of intoxicants / psychotropic substances in any form or smoking or using chewing-gum, panmasala etc. are strictlyprohibited.
It is strongly advised to refrain from activities such as scribbling or noting on walls, door or furniturewhichcoulddefacethecollegeanddestroytheacademicambiance.
Carefully handle the furniture, equipments, fixtures and appliances of the college and lab. Careless handling/misuse of the above could resultpersonal injuries or damage to property. In the event of damage ofproperty, the responsible students will have to bear thecost of replacement/repair withfine.
Students are not permitted to arrange any unauthorized celebrations and decorations of any magnitude inthecampus.
Students are not permitted to distribute or display (both physically and electronically) material such as notices,bannersinthe campus without the permission of the competent authority.
Students are expected to make use of academic, co-curricular and extracurricular facilitiesavailable to the optimum levels. This will certainly make them physically fit, academically competent, mentally alert and sociallysensitive.
Students who intend to represent the college in intercollegiate events shall take prior permission from the concerned head of the departmentand the selection will be based on parameters such as academic performance, attendance, character, existing academic pressure and competence of the student in the proposed eventfor participation.
Political activity in any form is not permitted inthe College campus. Unauthorized meetings, propaganda work, processions or fund collections are forbidden within the College, hostels, and outside the college.
Harassing juniors, ill treatment to other fellow students or any such form of raggingis objectionable and liable to be treated as criminal offence by the law enforcing agencies as per the directives of Hon'ble Supreme Court ofIndia.

Any violation of the above rules will invite penalty in the form of warning, fine, calling parents to the college or any course of corrective measure as found suitable by thestaff and management of the college.
Expulsion from the College is enough for expulsion from thehostel.
