Vision

To encourage and support the sprit of Innovation & Entrepreneurship among the students and staff towards Sustainable  Development.

Mission

1.  To encourage the students and faculty to actively participate in the IIC activities.

2.  Establishing the Incubation centre to transform the innovative ideas into prototypes.

3.  Encouraging the students to do Community Service Projects to solve the ground level problems of the community.

Providing a platform for exchange of knowledge through industrial linkages with industry experts, academic experts. 

The RDC Innovation cell is establised in the year 2021. To foster the culture of innovation thinking the Innovation cell is establied the  the college. Several activities are conducted on behalf 

of  Innovation Cell. The RDC Innovation cell is established with the Staff, Students and Office staff. of  Innovation Cell. The RDC Innovation cell is established with the Staff, Students and Office staff. 

The RDC Innovation Cell will focus on creating complete ecosystem which will foster the culture of Innovation  from ideas generation to pre- successful start-ups. 

Several Programs are conducted to increase the knowledge of the students and making the students to get awareness about latest innovations. The Innovation Cell also formulated National Innovation and Startup Policy.
