2. BEST PRACTICES

PG MODEL ENTRANCE EXAMS:

Department of Chemistry conducts PG model entrance exams every year to develop and improve the skills of students to get best ranks in various national & state level exams like JAM/CUCET/APPGSET.

MAINTENANCE  OF  DEPARTMENTAL  LIBRARY:

            Chemistry department is having an independent library having advanced reference books totally around 150 volumes. These books are mostly donated by the former faculty and the former students.

INTERNSHIPS:

Internships/Projects to motivate and educate students to have a clear, exciting working experience and employability skills with active guidance of the internal faculty assigned to them.

MPC- Club

Students are encouraged to become members of MPC Club which is established with an objective to expose the students to meet the practical challenges and also to develop leadership qualities and event management skills among the students. The club is active in organizing various events such as Quiz – subject and general , PPT Presentations/Student seminars, Essay writing, celebration of important days, industrial visit, career guidance, debate/elocution/ group discussions etc.

PRACTICALS

Theory subjects along with relevant practicals were taught during the first, second and third years respectively. The students were not only tested for their theoretical subject knowledge but also for the experimental skills during entire three year programme.

Department of Chemistry conducts various activities like
